Chinese Chicken or Shrimp Curry

I like to eat good, but can’t eat out all the time so I(or the wife) cook good foods that last for like two days.

here is a good recipe not exspensive at all. So rent a good flick and make a good meal for your girl or guy.

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Approx Purchasing Cost: $11.00

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, roughly chopped
3 skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2cm pieces
125g curry paste
750ml water
150g frozen peas
250g Basmati rice

Method

1. Place the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat

2. Add the onions and cook until softened – about 3-4 mins

3. Add the chicken and fry until golden

4. Add the paste to the pan and pour on the water. Stir until the paste has dissolved

5. Bring the liquid to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 mins. Meanwhile cook the rice according to the packet instructions

6. Add the peas to the curry and cook for a further 5 mins
