More Fish



Ever feel like you’re drowning in a sea of conflicting information about fish? With so many mixed messages about the benefits and risks of eating fish, it’s hard to know which advice to follow.

“I think there’s a lot of confusion about fish — should you eat it, should you not eat it,” says Beverly Green, M.D., M.P.H., a family practitioner at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, Wash. “And the overwhelming answer to that is yes; most people should eat fish.”
